The HM range of JBS mechanical power shears are sturdy and well-dimensioned machines of fully welded construction. Power is transmitted via a standard gear brake motor through a chain drive to the main shaft. Two heavy-duty eccentrics draw the knife beam to the material. The automatically actuated rubber coated sheet hold down unit, coupled with a facility for fine adjustment of the high quality knives, guarantees a perfect cut.
